1 Introduction

789com is an English-language online betting information and entertainment platform. We do not hold a Pakistan gambling licence and do not claim to be approved, licensed, or regulated by the Government of Pakistan, the Pakistan Telecommunication Authority (PTA), or the State Bank of Pakistan. Users located in Pakistan are solely responsible for understanding and complying with all applicable local laws, including but not limited to the Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977, before registering or placing any wagers on this Platform.

These Terms apply to all users worldwide, including users accessing the Platform from cities such as Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Faisalabad, Multan and Peshawar. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately discontinue your use of the Platform.

2 Definitions

For the purposes of this Agreement, the following terms carry the meanings set out below:

• "Account" — the personal registered account opened by a User on the Platform.
• "Balance" — the total funds held in a User's Account, including real-money deposits and any qualifying bonus funds.
• "Bonus Funds" — promotional credits issued by 789com subject to specific wagering requirements and conditions.
• "KYC" — Know Your Customer; the identity and age verification process required before certain account functions are unlocked.
• "AML" — Anti-Money Laundering; the regulatory framework governing financial crime prevention applicable to the Platform.
• "Wager" — any bet, stake, or financial commitment placed by a User on a sporting event, casino game, or other eligible activity offered on the Platform.
• "Restricted Territory" — any jurisdiction in which the use of this Platform is prohibited by applicable law.
• "PKR" — Pakistani Rupee, the currency of Pakistan, used as a reference denomination for balances and transactions where applicable.
• "Responsible Gambling Tools" — self-exclusion, deposit limits, loss limits, session time limits and related controls available in User Account settings.
• "Platform" — the 789com website, including all associated pages, services, tools and features available at 789com.cam.

3 Account Eligibility

To be eligible to open and maintain an Account on 789com, you must:

1. Be at least 18 years of age, or the higher minimum age prescribed by the applicable operator or licence jurisdiction;
2. Be a natural person acting in your own name and for your own personal use — corporate or institutional accounts require separate arrangements;
3. Provide accurate, current and complete registration information, including your full legal name, date of birth and contact details;
4. Not be subject to any self-exclusion order or have been previously banned from the Platform for terms violations;
5. Not be accessing the Platform from a Restricted Territory where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law;
6. Hold full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws of your jurisdiction;
7. Not be acting as an agent, proxy or nominee for any third party in connection with Account activity.

789com expressly does not claim that access to or use of this Platform is lawful in Pakistan. Pakistani users must independently assess their legal position prior to registration. The Platform accepts no liability for any legal consequences arising from a User's access to or use of the Platform in jurisdictions where such access may be restricted or prohibited.

4 Registration & Account Verification (KYC)

Each User may maintain only one (1) Account on 789com. The creation of multiple accounts — whether under the same identity or different identities — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of balances.

Account verification (KYC) is required before withdrawals can be processed and may be required at any stage of account activity. The following documentation may be requested:

• Government-issued photo identification — a valid Pakistani National Identity Card (CNIC) or passport;
• Proof of address — a recent utility bill, bank statement or other official document confirming your residential address;
• Selfie or liveness check — a photograph or video confirming that the account holder matches the submitted identity documents;
• Payment method verification — documentation confirming ownership of the deposit method used (e.g., a screenshot of an Easypaisa or JazzCash wallet screen showing the account holder's name and number).

5 Deposits & Withdrawals

5.1 Deposits. Users may fund their Accounts using payment methods available at the time of transaction and as listed in the Account panel. Payment references familiar to Pakistani users — including Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, and bank transfer via HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah — are provided as contextual guidance only and are subject to actual operator availability. None of these payment providers endorses, is affiliated with, or supports gambling operations on this Platform.

Deposits must originate from a payment method registered in the Account holder's own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted. Minimum and maximum deposit thresholds apply and are displayed in the payment section of the Account dashboard.

5.2 Withdrawals. Withdrawals are subject to the following conditions:

• The Account must be fully KYC-verified before any withdrawal request is processed;
• The requested withdrawal method must match the deposit method used where technically possible (source-of-funds matching);
• Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts apply and are shown in the Account withdrawal panel;
• Processing times vary by method and are subject to change — current estimates are shown in the withdrawal panel at the time of request;
• 789com reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks before processing large withdrawals or where unusual account activity is detected.

5.3 Currency. Where PKR is supported as an Account currency, balances and transaction amounts will be displayed in Pakistani Rupees. Exchange rates, where applicable, are set at the time of transaction and are subject to the operator's current rate schedule.

6 Betting & Gaming Rules

6.1 General Rules. All wagers placed on 789com are subject to the specific rules of the sport, game or event in question, as well as the Platform's general betting rules. Placing a wager constitutes acceptance of the applicable rules in full.

6.2 Cricket & Live Sports. Live in-play betting is available for cricket (including PSL and ICC tournaments), football, UFC and other events. Live odds update in real time and the Platform reserves the right to suspend markets at any time due to technical reasons or event developments. Bets already confirmed and accepted prior to a suspension remain valid.

6.3 Void Bets. Wagers may be declared void in circumstances including but not limited to: event abandonment, incorrect odds published due to manifest error, system errors, or where integrity concerns arise regarding a specific event.

6.4 Manifest Errors. 789com reserves the right to void any wager placed at odds that were clearly erroneous — for example, odds significantly inconsistent with the prevailing market due to a technical or human error. No profit may be retained from wagers placed on manifest error odds.

6.5 Casino & Slot Games. All casino games present Return to Player (RTP) percentages as clearly labelled informational figures only. Actual outcomes are determined by certified random number generators. RTP figures represent statistical averages over large numbers of game rounds and do not guarantee any individual session outcome.

7 Bonuses & Promotions

7.1 Offer Terms. Each bonus, promotional offer, free bet or reward carries individual terms including: minimum deposit amount (where applicable), wagering requirements, eligible games or markets, minimum odds restrictions, validity period, and maximum withdrawal limit on bonus-derived winnings. These terms are published with each offer and must be reviewed before the offer is claimed.

7.2 Wagering Requirements. Where a wagering requirement is stated (e.g., 30x bonus amount), the User must wager the total required amount before bonus-derived funds become withdrawable. Wagers on restricted games may not contribute, or may contribute only partially, toward wagering requirement completion.

7.3 Abuse Prevention. The following activities are considered bonus abuse and may result in cancellation of the bonus, voiding of associated winnings, and account review:

• Opening multiple accounts to claim the same offer more than once;
• Using low-risk or mathematically near-certain betting patterns solely to satisfy wagering requirements;
• Coordinating with other users to exploit promotional structures;
• Providing false registration information to qualify for welcome or new-user offers.

7.4 Platform Discretion. 789com reserves the right to withdraw, modify or cancel any promotion at any time, with reasonable notice where possible. Offers are not transferable and have no cash value independent of their stated terms.

8 Prohibited Conduct

Users are strictly prohibited from engaging in any of the following activities on or in connection with the Platform:

• Registering more than one Account, whether personally or through agents, nominees or third parties;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts or any artificial intelligence tools to place wagers, navigate the Platform or gain an unfair advantage;
• Engaging in collusion with other players to gain an advantage in casino games or sports betting markets;
• Participating in or facilitating money laundering, fraud, or any other criminal activity through Platform transactions;
• Exploiting software bugs, system vulnerabilities, or manifest pricing errors for financial gain;
• Using a payment method registered to a third party or otherwise misrepresenting source-of-funds information;
• Reverse-engineering, scraping, or otherwise attempting to extract proprietary data or code from the Platform;
• Impersonating any person or entity, including Platform staff, in connection with Platform use;
• Accessing the Platform in breach of a self-exclusion order or any court order restricting gambling participation.

Violations of this section may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balance, permanent ban and, where applicable, referral to law enforcement or relevant regulatory authorities.

9 Responsible Gambling

789com provides the following Responsible Gambling Tools, all accessible directly from the Account settings dashboard without requiring support team approval:

• Deposit Limits — set a daily, weekly or monthly maximum deposit amount;
• Loss Limits — cap the maximum amount you are permitted to lose within a defined period;
• Session Time Limits — receive a notification or automatic logout after a set period of play;
• Reality Checks — periodic on-screen reminders displaying time elapsed and session activity;
• Cool-Off Periods — a temporary restriction on betting activity, effective immediately;
• Self-Exclusion — a formal restriction on account access for a defined or indefinite period.

10 Intellectual Property

All content on the 789com Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game names, software, trade marks, design elements and data compilations — is the proprietary property of 789com or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. This licence does not include the right to: reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display or otherwise exploit any Platform content without prior written authorisation from 789com.

Any unauthorised use of Platform content or trade marks may constitute infringement of intellectual property rights and may give rise to civil or criminal liability.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 789com and its affiliates, directors, employees, agents and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Platform.

Without limiting the foregoing, 789com expressly disclaims liability for:

• Financial losses arising from wagers placed on the Platform, including losses resulting from technical interruptions during live betting;
• Delays in processing deposits or withdrawals resulting from third-party payment providers, banking institutions or network issues;
• Loss of data resulting from account suspension, termination or technical failure;
• Any legal consequences arising from a User accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where such access is restricted or prohibited.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. 789com makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the Platform's uninterrupted availability, accuracy of odds or game outcomes, or fitness for any particular purpose.

12 Termination

12.1 By the User. You may close your Account at any time by contacting the support team via Live Chat or the Help Center. Account closure requests are processed as soon as reasonably practicable. Any remaining real-money balance (net of applicable bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your verified payment method.

12.2 By 789com. We reserve the right to suspend or permanently close any Account at our sole discretion, including where:

• A breach of these Terms is identified or reasonably suspected;
• Fraudulent, abusive or criminal activity is detected;
• KYC verification cannot be completed satisfactorily;
• A self-exclusion or responsible gambling intervention is deemed appropriate;
• Regulatory, legal or compliance obligations require account restriction.

Where an Account is closed due to a terms violation, 789com reserves the right to withhold any balance that arose through the prohibited activity, subject to applicable law.

13 Amendments to These Terms

789com reserves the right to revise these Terms at any time. Where material changes are made, we will endeavour to provide reasonable notice to registered Users via the Platform or by email to the registered account address. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page reflects the date of the most recent revision.

Your continued use of the Platform following any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure as set out in Section 12.1.

14 Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Platform operator is incorporated or licenced. Nothing in this clause limits any statutory rights you may have under the laws of your own jurisdiction.

In the event of a dispute, Users are encouraged to contact the support team in the first instance. 789com will endeavour to resolve all complaints through its internal review process within a reasonable timeframe. Where a dispute cannot be resolved internally, the Platform may refer the matter to an appropriate alternative dispute resolution body as designated under its operating licence.

This Platform does not operate under a Pakistani gambling licence. Pakistani users acknowledge that local law (including the Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977) may affect the enforceability of any wager or agreement entered into through this Platform, and that 789com cannot guarantee any legal remedy under Pakistani law.
